1. FOUNDRY SAND TESTING EQUIPMENTS :
   
   Versatile Equipments  Pvt. Ltd. is in the field of manufacturing SAND TESTING EQUIPMENTS since 1966.
   
   The company researches, designs, manufactures & sells Foundry Sand Testing Equipment required for Foundries and Technical Institutes.
   The equipments are sold all across the globe through a wide spread network of dealers and agents.
   
   Versatile Equipments Pvt.Ltd. is Pioneer in designing, developing and manufacturing of Foundry Sand Testing Equipments required for Foundry Industry. Company has provided import substitute in India by developing these equipments. At present Versatile Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is leader in this field having 4100 unique customers in India as well as abroad.
   A wide range of testing equipments covering most of the sand types used in foundry industry today.
   
   E.g: Green sand testing, shell sand testing , Air set (No bake) Sand testing, Resin coated sand testing, Cold box sand testing, Hot box sand testing, CO2 sand testing, Other varieties of sand testing.
   
   
2. Machined components:
   
   To begin with, in1967, when the mother company Versatile Equipments Pvt. Ltd. was founded. Versatile Equipments Pvt. Ltd, engaged itself in automotive components for automotive giant Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
   
   New manufacturing & service facilities have ever since been added to existing set-up, as per market demands or specific customer demands. In September 1995 a firm which was later to be known as Pro Engineers , was established in order to better serve our customers, with devoted unit for mass production. The firm maintains its office in the mother unit itself as, both are located very close to each other, in the same industrial area. The start of our CNC machining activiities dates back to 1997 with the first CNC turning centre arriving in September 97. Establishment of new companies, such as Phoenix Founders, in 2005 assure continued growth with backward integration.
   
   
3. Flower processing lines:
   
   Versatile is in the manufacturing of flower processing lines, which are used by a wide variety of user from the flower grower to the auction centres. The flower processing line is primarily intended to :
   
   
   1. Reduce lead times of packing highly perishable products like flowers.
   2. Produce consistent packing required for exports of flowers.
   3. Reduce damages to the delicate flowers during packaging.
      
      
   The processing line consists of following stations:
   
   
   1. Cutting
   2. Defoliating and/or dethorning
   3. Binding
   4. Sleeving
      
      
4. Binding/ Knotting machines:
   
   Binding and knotting machines are used where there is a need to bind a bunch of almost anything in a size range of 5-100mm with an elastic string. The machine ties the bunch together with a rubber string, with a double knot and it can do so 3600 times in an hour. Typical examples of such binding would be
   
   
   1. Flower bunches
   2. Wires
   3. Power chords
   4. Small sticks
   5. Packed product with dia between 5mm to 100mm
